Julius Harper, a seasoned digital strategist with 20+ years of experience in e-commerce, content marketing, and brand development, founded the firm. But JSharp is more than a consultancy — it’s a mission born from personal experience.

Why We Exist

Julius grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, most notably his mother, who ran a construction business with hustle and heart — but not with the marketing support she needed to grow. When her business fell apart, it triggered a painful season in Julius’s life that exposed a systemic truth: Black and Brown entrepreneurs are often rich in vision but underserved in access, strategy, and support.

Even Julius’s first job out of college — working at a small creative agency — mirrored this challenge. Brilliant ideas. Great design. But no marketing system to sustain them.

Years later, JSharp Consulting was born to change that.
